By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.
Accessing or using the Services confirms your acceptance of these Terms and your commitment to abide by them. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms on behalf of that organization and warrant that you have the authority to bind such organization to these Terms.
Muse reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time in its sole discretion. Material revisions will be notified at least 30 days in advance before taking effect. Muse determines in its sole discretion what constitutes a material revision.
You are responsible for all activities related to the Services. Any fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity may result in termination of your access to the Services.
All content available through the Services, including design, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and the selection and arrangement thereof, is the exclusive property of Muse or its licensors and is protected by international copyright laws.
You may upload, store, or share content via the Services. You retain full rights to, and assume full responsibility for, any UGC you post to Muse.
By posting Content on the Services, you grant Muse a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (including the right to sublicense) to use, copy, reproduce, process, translate, format, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such Content in any and all media or distribution methods, whether now known or hereafter developed.
Muse provides the Services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Your use of the Services is at your own risk. Muse expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Muse, its officers, shareholders, employees, agents, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, suppliers, or licensors be liable for: (1) any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages; or (2) any loss of use, data, business, or profits (whether direct or indirect), regardless of legal theory, and whether or not Muse has been advised of the possibility of such damages, even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Muse is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law principles. If courts in your jurisdiction do not apply local laws to certain types of disputes, the laws of your country of residence shall apply to such disputes related to these Terms.
You shall indemnify Muse and its related parties against any claims, losses, or legal fees arising from your breach of these Terms or your UGC.
Subscriptions automatically renew and must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid renewal charges. If not canceled during the trial period, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription. Price changes take effect at the end of the current subscription period and will be notified in advance.
Terms Updates: Material changes to the Terms will be notified 30 days in advance. New users must accept the latest Terms upon registration.
